Wailing and gnashing of teeth
42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 13:42
The word of God says on the day of judgement there’s going to be wailing and gnashing of teeth. But why would there be a wailing and gnashing of teeth? Because many people are going to be sentenced to asunder. That means hell or we can call it outer darkness. People cry when they are hurt or even insulted in someway. Newborn mothers cry or shed a tear when they hold their new born baby that was just delivered in their hands and see the precious life that was created. Do people cry when they commit abortions? Kids cry when they want toys. Babies cry for milk. Animals cry for attention or when they’re hungry perhaps. People cry when they see things of trauma being accidents, or when you’re threatened say as things reported in the media that are traumatic. But according to the gospel people are to be warned just as John the Baptist warn people of the coming judgement.
Christ Jesus paid the price in full. He is the lamb that takes away the sins of the world. John 3:16 People commit heinous acts for a multitude of reasons. Jesus said that such evil people do not know him. That’s true. So if they died today in that condition without redemption, without being truly saved will they go to heaven? Jesus said he is the only door and no one comes to the father but by him.
Let’s see what the Bible says.
1 Corinthians 12:26
“And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.”
Revelation 21:4
“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”
Revelation 7:17
“For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.”
Preach the word of GOD
Those who insist to do evil today and even laugh about it will cry tomorrow. Not just the victims of those that are hurting will shed tears as they will be comforted. You see the problem is sin. Sin leads to death. The only door is the lamb that takes away the sins of the world. That is the biblical Lord Jesus Christ. Have you repented and called on the name of the Lord?
