13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Meaning of The name Deshawn is primarily a male name of American origin that means “Who Is Like God?.” From the name Sean or John.

 

 

About 10 minutes ago I met a fellow named Deshawn a man to shepherd in the pastures. A rather young lad to shepherd. He was in the south west side of the road. I had just bought coffee, apple turnovers and a hash brown from McDonalds. Was walking towards seating near a park. As I was crossing the road and he then seen me coming towards him he had a puzzled look on his face and asked me a question as I walked westward with him talking. See, he asked me for a light. I told him cigarettes is not good for you and I don't smoke. I did tell him him it could give him cancer. He did say he's trying to quit. I have heard it all before. And we got into a conversation and I explained that he's young and should read the Bible instead. Deshawn said he tried but it just doesn't sink. I told him to take it slow and don't force anything. Then I told him about sucking the world and what that means. I explained that God is real and you can get more out of life by living a cleaner life. He said or confessed that he destroyed his relationship(s) in the manner of what I told him. I did confess some of my past errors of having idols before relationships. So I gave him some loving advice and he was so happy. He said this is exactly what he needed to hear this day. Told him about my friend who passed away that I warned. So bless the Lord and may the lord God save his soul. Amen

 

He said I look young. Really. I told him I ride a bike still. He looked to be that age when he's confused probably mesmerizing over some female. Some girl that won't give him the time of day. He was not a bad looking guy actually. What was the social circle of Jesus Christ? Why do I say this? Because a lot of people surround themselves with the wrong friends. Maybe not all of them but most of them and their life gets spent on indulgence of the world. In other words those things that Jesus say takes you away from the real walk with him. And when you get on to the real walk with the Lord Jesus Christ whom said you have to deny yourself then you will eventually see how the true teachings transform your life as you realize the implications of what it means to do them. Not only that but in due time you see the fruits of why that is the right way.

  

 

You know Jesus said you can't do anything without him. Why? He is actually the creator. He is God. He is the master Vine. It's God who gives blessings and also cur-sings. It's God who extends his grace. And in him we trust and we shall live by faith. But at the same time we cannot undermine the depth of Satan. And there's a reason that it is the way it is. Why would God create life in this manner? There are things unseen that exist. Evil and wicked spiritual forces. You have to finish the good fight of faith. Why would Apostle Paul’s Timothy say you have to rebuke with long-suffering? What's the point of a rebuke? Why not just bless everyone? Why not just try to be really good? There is not even one! Master we did good works. I never knew you worker of iniquity. But master we cast out demons in your name. I never knew you. Away from me you who work iniquity. Do you see? Defend/contend for the faith once delivered onto the saints. (Book of Jude) If you don't bare your cross your not worthy of him. Didn't he died for you? He said if you deny him he will deny you. 5.50 pm

 

Well when you are rested as Christ gives you rest share the gospel. Not just that Jesus died for people but tell them something about the gospel. About living a holy life. About repentance. About sin leading to death and not to life. Be vocal about what they are doing if they are using drugs, alcohol or tobacco to destroy their lives. Perhaps tell them about James 4:4. Love covers many sins. Remember that. Satan is looking to devour the stray sheep’s. Get born again and become a child of Gods. 

 

 

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.

For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green;

and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. Jeremiah 17:7-8

Notes: I’ve come across more than one person including a female same related to this story. Most of the time people I reached out to were content with joy with somebody caring. I did get an acknowledgement that they were going to make an effort to change. Keep the faith.
